Meet Ainsley
BHC Founder Ainsley TeGrotenhuis has extensive expertise building and transforming global businesses in fast-paced, high-growth industries. Known for creating order out of chaos, she finds creative solutions to operational problems and quickly delivers results. With a track record of leading scrappy teams that achieve outsized impact, Ainsley is adept at thinking about the business holistically, and leading cross-functional teams that surpass their goals.
Current clients have praised her ability to create dynamic, flexible teams to tackle their toughest challenges ranging from establishing a new business strategy or team function to upleveling an existing team's output. Ainsley is a member of the f7 Ventures’ Operator Network, a select group of top-tier strategists offering consulting services to f7’s expanding network of seed-stage founders. Ainsley previously built and led Meta’s global marketing team focused on creators and media organizations in music & entertainment, sports, and news across Facebook, Instagram, AR/VR and the Meta brand.
Before her tenure at Meta, Ainsley served as the head of marketing and social media at TSG Consumer Partners, a prominent mid-market private equity firm. She advised 17+ portfolio companies on integrated marketing strategies to propel growth and spearheaded marketing and public relations initiatives to facilitate new investments.
